Conversion from the Carbine length barrel to the DMR length barrel:

After you take off the handguard, you just unscrew the gas block. Twist off the main Carbine barrel which has the gas block attached to it. Then re-attach the main DMR barrel. Re-screw the gas block. Put the handguard back on, then you'll be done. It should take about 5 minutes or less.
